Vong Thavixay Construction Co.,Ltd (VTC) has registered first class of business license for construction company under low of Lao government on November 2001, but has worked on construction work, since 1995 in previous name ‘’ LAOSOUKZAR’S ‘’ company Ltd. Which made business for Equipment rental, Moving transport of machinery, moving any earth work jobs and Concrete structures.
